Out of the hundreds of posts on our blog, these are our all-time favorites for our Deep Sea Octobus Spacious EcoWarriors 🐙

Sometimes it's not about doing the most. Sometimes it's about doing the least.

I know that feeling. The feeling that there's so much that needs doing and there's so little time to do it all. But lemme tell you, friend...sometimes, truly, the best thing we can do is absolutely nothing at all.

In this post:

  • How to listen to your body for what your soul needs.
  • Who's actually judging you for taking time for you?
  • Screw the "shoulds" of the world.

tl;dr: get the heck outside

I wrote this post after giving myself permission to take a whole afternoon just walking through, sitting in, and observing nature. And no matter how many times I read it, every single time I can feel my blood pressure drop, and I'm reminded of the importance of listening closely to what nature can teach us.

In this post:

  • What can nature teach us?
  • A few simple reminders we all need.

It's easy to feel like our individual actions don't matter. But that couldn't be further from the truth.

Back in 2017 when I first discovered zero waste, I brought a metal fork from home to lunch with my coworkers. And the ripples that followed from that one lunch changed my entire outlook on how movements begin and spread.

In this post:

  • How one five-minute YouTube video changed the course of my life.
  • The one-sentence conversation that created ripples throughout an entire department.
  • We might not always see the impact of our actions right away, but they're there.

So I've pulled together my favorite posts on just how sneaky greenwashing can be, so you can be an absolute pro at spotting it so you're not wasting your time sorting through the BS.
