We believe that zero waste and sustainable living should never make your life inconvenient or difficult.
That’s why from the very beginning, we’ve offered free local delivery around the greater Tacoma area.
Here’s how it works.
1. Choose your products.
All of the products in our online shop are available for delivery. Simply choose the items you want delivered and add them to your cart. Easy peasy.
We deliver both one-time purchase orders and subscription orders.
Orders for Tuesday delivery must be submitted by 5pm on Monday.
2. Help us find you.
If there are any specific delivery instructions that would help us find you (maybe a gate code, confusing campus directions, or a secure apartment building), please leave those in the order notes. Or if you just want to say hey we’d love that too :)
3. At checkout, choose "Free Local Delivery" as your shipping option.
This will knock off any pesky shipping charges that may be showing on your order. Free delivery, baby!
If you live in Gig Harbor, we have added a small delivery fee to help us offset the toll fees, so please choose the "Gig Harbor Local Delivery" option instead. Of course, if your order is over $50 you can also choose the free shipping option and we'll deliver for free.
Tuesday is delivery day! We're coming to you, so sit back, relax, and do a little happy dance when your order arrives (we know we will!).
In response to COVID-19, we are currently only offering contact-free deliveries. We will place your order on your doorstep, knock on your door, and walk away.
Ready for a refill? We’ve gotchu covered. This time, instead of choosing “New Bottle” or “New Jar,” choose “Refill.” We’ll know this means you’ve got an empty bottle or jar waiting for us. On Tuesday, if your empties are ready for us to pick up, leave them on your porch and we’ll grab ‘em! If they’re not quite ready, that’s cool, too. Whenever they’re empty, leave them out for your next delivery.
If you’ve ordered a refill of a liquid item, such as shampoo or hand soap, make sure you keep the pump! Your refill order will not include the pump, so you can transfer it to your new bottle.

When do you deliver?
We do all of our deliveries on Tuesdays.
Where do you deliver?
We don’t really have set boundaries for delivery at this time. In general, we’re currently delivering to Tacoma, Puyallup, University Place, Lakewood, Fircrest, Federal Way, Auburn, and other areas within about a 10-mile radius of Central Tacoma, as long as we don’t have to take the ferry or cross the Narrows. But, Gig Harbor, we love you, and we’re happy to cross that bridge for a small delivery fee, or for orders more than $50.
We know that’s not super specific, so if you have any question about whether or not we’ll deliver to you, please shoot us a message and we’ll get back to you asap!
Is there a delivery minimum?
Nope! If you’re on the Tacoma side of the Narrows, we’re happy to deliver any size order to you. (Although, please be considerate of the planet and our time; a 10-mile drive for a trial size of a single soap bar isn’t really great for the earth…)
Is there a delivery fee?
Mostly, no. If you're on the Tacoma side of the Narrows, our delivery service is complimentary for our community. If you're in Gig Harbor, there is a $6 delivery fee for all orders under $50 to help us offset the toll fee.
Can I pick up my order instead?
We do not have a local pickup option, and that decision is highly intentional for the planet. Check out our post on the impacts of online shopping and why we don't have a local pickup option for the full details!
