Plastic tubes of toothpaste are so yesterday. Toothpaste tablets are a low waste alternative to traditional toothpaste that whiten and strengthen your teeth, with less hassle and less waste. They're especially great for travel, since they won't fall under any 3oz restrictions.

Please note that we are discontinuing our fluoride-free toothpaste tablets, due to lack of interest among our EcoWarriors. We are absolutely open to revisiting this in the future, so please let us know if that's something you're strongly interested in.

We now have two pouch sizes of these toothpaste tablets available!

Our original pouches contain 125 toothpaste tablets, or about a 2-month supply. The optional storage jar for these pouches is a 2-ounce glass jar.

Our NEW pouches contain 250 toothpaste tablets, or about a 4-month supply. The optional storage jar for these pouches in a 4-ounce glass jar.

** Please note that the pouch of 250 tablets features a resealable closure, while the 125-pouch does not. New photos coming oh-so-soon!

Pop a tablet into your mouth and crush it with your teeth until it becomes a paste. Brush and rinse as usual.

Let's go to the real winner in my eyes. Honestly, I could have purchased this exact product many other places, but the packaging A Drop in the Ocean uses to ship will have me coming back time and time gain.
My first purchase from them was some floss a while ago and it arrived in a reused tea box with a hand written note that was written on scrap paper. I was blown away.
I had never seen a company who claimed to be sustainable ACTUALLY prove to be sustainable through and through. The fact that every piece of the packaging was reused and minimal will have me come back over and over again. If I can purchase it here, I will purchase it here.

Not as Good as Bite, but Half the Cost

Trying to save money Bite toothpaste bits, I found these Unpaste tabs online and gave them a shot. I went ahead and bought the 250 piece for lower cost per unit. I like them well enough to finish the pack and I plan to order them again when they run out. However, there's no denying that the Bite bits taste better and are easier to disperse in your mouth. Unpaste tabs have a way of sticking in a particular spot on your teeth while delivering a very concentrated baking soda taste. I wish they didn't do that, but it's not a big enough complaint to drive me away from the product, given the cost savings. Would recommend to anyone that hates excessive packaging and also hates paying too much to get rid of it.

Great fluoride toothpaste replacement

I’ve been reluctant to try toothpaste tablets because what I’ve found were either fluoride free or really expensive. This is a great product! I haven’t completely stopped using toothpaste yet because I have sensitive gums and usually use sensodyne, but I have at least cut my toothpaste consumption in half.

Foamy and effective, but taste strongly of stevia and xylitol

Non-sugar sweeteners taste very strong to me, and I found the stevia and xylitol flavor of these tablets to be overwhelming. I see other people have said they're "slightly sweet", so this is mostly a warning to people who dislike stevia and/or xylitol: steer clear! They are perfectly fine otherwise, and it's too bad they didn't work for me.
