On your first order, choose the "New Jar" or "New Bottle" option.
Your order will be shipped or delivered to you with minimal, reused, packaging. Always plastic-free and carbon neutral.
When you're running low, place another order using the "Refill Jar" or "Refill Bottle" option. Or choose the Subscribe + Save option to have refills automatically delivered on your schedule.
On delivery day, leave your empties on your porch. We'll grab them when we drop off your new order.
We'll ship or deliver your refill to you without any pumps or sprays - just a cap. Transfer any pumps or sprays from your old bottle to the new one, and transfer the refill lid to the old bottle.
Pack your empty bottle or jar into the box your refill arrived in. Place the included return label on the box, fully covering the existing label, and hand it off to USPS to come back to us - at no charge to you

Thank you for this lotion of my dreams! The only thing I noticed is the box didn't come with a return label for it to be refilled, which also applies to the sunscreen I bought from this wonderful store. I'm guessing it's just a mistake, so other than that - LOVED this lotion!

(I'm a bit obsessed with it myself ) Re: the return labels, the reason I didn't include return labels in the box is because this was your first order with us (and all of the refillable items in your order were "New Bottles" or "New Jars"). Simply put, you just don't have anything to return yet! When you're running low on your lotion and sunscreen, just place another order on our website for "Refills" of these items and I'll include the return label in the box with those :) For the lotion in particular, since the New Bottle you currently have has a pump on it, your Refill will come without a pump - just a silver metal cap. When the Refill arrives, transfer the pump to the Refill bottle, and send the empty bottle back with just the metal cap. No wasted plastic here! I hope that makes sense!
