Workshop: DIY Recycled Notebooks
I know, I can't believe it's back to school already, either. But that doesn't mean the fun has to stop! Although I don't do much back to school shopping anymore, I've always been a sucker for stationary.
When I went zero waste, I thought my stationary-loving days were over.
But no more! In this workshop, we're making our own beautiful notebooks, even better than what we could find at Target. And with recycled materials to boot.
Join us at Locust Cider on Tuesday, August 27 from 6-8pm for a zero waste crafting adventure! During our two hours together, we'll each make about three recycled notebooks to take home.
What To Bring (*) :
- Any old, partially-used notebooks you have sitting around
- Thin cardboard boxes (e.g. cereal boxes, etc.)
- Any craft supplies you have that you'd like to use (e.g. scrapbook paper, stamps, washi tape, etc.)
* Don't have any of the above items? That's cool! We've got you covered. Just bring your beautiful face!
Locust Cider is kid- and dog-friendly. There are games available for play for any kids along for the ride not interested in making notebooks.
Purchase of cider not required to participate in the workshop.
Registration prices for this workshop are on a sliding scale.
