Are you looking to bring the message of sustainable living, conscious consumerism, activism, and personal responsibility and impact into your workspace, classroom, or even just your own life?
Our individual actions can have a huge impact on the world around us, but sometimes it’s difficult to see this, or to know where to get started.
I want to help.
For groups of all ages, in person or online, we can work together to create the perfect event for your group (or you!).
Hands-on, practical tips for starting on a zero waste journey. Workshops can cover anything from how to grocery shop with less waste to creating homemade toothpaste, and everything in between. Workshops include a brief overview of the zero waste lifestyle and what it all really means.
Pricing includes cost of materials, if applicable.
Through my presentations, I offer engaging insight into zero waste living, answering questions such as:
- What is zero waste? How did it start, and why does it matter?
- What can we do as consumers to make a difference for the planet?
Do I have to keep a trash jar? (Hint: absolutely not) And debunking other zero waste and sustainable living myths.
For individuals: If you’re new to zero waste, it can be overwhelming. I love working with individuals seeking to reduce their environmental footprint, because I’ve been there. Heck, I still am there! There’s always more to learn. But having someone in your corner able to share their advice and insight first-hand when beginning on this journey can be an invaluable tool.
For businesses and organizations: Whether you’re looking to cut down on your waste but you’re not sure where to start or looking for ways to engage your staff in these efforts, I’ve got your back. I have experience leading thousands of people in successfully reducing their waste consumption, and would love to help your group do the same.
I’m always down to chat zero waste! If you’ve got a story in mind, I’m happy to answer questions, meet for coffee, or Skype.
To get started:
Head over to the contact page and send me an email with as much information as you have about the event, such as type of group (work, school, etc.), group size, location (either specific place or online such as Skype), potential date(s), and what you’re hoping the group gains from the event.
I’ll respond with any follow-up questions, pricing, and suggestions for how we can make your event the best it can be.
Once we finalize the event details, I’ll send an invoice your way. Your event will be “pending” until the invoice is paid.
Once the invoice is paid, the event details will be finalized, and I’ll see you the day of the event!
