Save 10% when you buy any three (3) zero waste period products!
Tired of buying pads and tampons every month, just to throw them in the trash? Over a lifetime, this adds up to somewhere between 5,000 and 15,000 pads and tampons. Yikes.
A menstrual cup is the reusable alternative to disposable period care products. Worn internally like a tampon, rather than absorbing your period, a menstrual cups collects it. Once it's filled, empty it, rinse it, and reinsert it for up to 12 hours of protection.
Not only do cups reduce your plastic footprint, but they also dramatically reduce your risk for TSS (and, of course, save you $$$).
On the fence? Check out our blog post on the five reasons to switch to reusable period products!
Do I need a Regular or Soft cup?
A regular cup is for you if...you're a first-time user, you're physically active, and/or you have a strong pelvic floor.
A soft cup is for you if...you're an experienced cup user, and you've experienced bladder pressure, difficulty using the bathroom with your cup in, vaginal sensitivity, or increased cramping with a firmer cup.
Do I need a Small or Regular cup?
A small cup is for you if...you have a light to normal flow (2-3 tampons), you're a first-time user or haven't comfortably inserted anything into your vagina, you're 18 years or older, you have a low cervix, and/or you have a smaller physique.
A regular cup is for you if...you have a normal to heavy flow (3-4 tampons), you have a high cervix, and/or you've carried a pregnancy to term.
A duo-pack might be the best option if you're not sure which size would be best for you, or if you want options for lighter days and heavier days.
HSA / FSA Eligible
Under the CARES Act, all menstrual products - including period underwear and menstrual cups - are eligible for heath savings account or flexible spending account use.
Use + Care
Each cup comes with a use and care instruction booklet (much more than we could fit in this small section). Follow the booklet for proper use.
100% medical grade silicone
Packaging + End of Life
Packed in a recyclable or compostable cardboard tube with plastic window. The carrying pouch is 100% cotton. Silicone is technically recyclable, but most recycling facilities do not accept it. Your cup can last up to 10 years, but when it's time to replace it, check with your local recycling facility to see if silicone is accepted. If it isn't, this cup belongs in the trash, or a specialized silicone recycling program.
The plastic window in the tube should be thrown away, but the rest of the packaging can be recycled with paper recycling.
The carrying pouch can be reused, cut up and composted, or sent to a textile recycling facility.

I love it!
I am loving mine! I am so thankful to have found something that can be used repeatedly, (up to ten years!), and is safe for me and the environment. It also happens to be very comfortable, and stays put (this is important for soneone who has birthed two children). I look forward to teaching my daughter how to use one when the time comes.
Better than I expected!
I was really intimidated by the cup at first but it only took one try and I figured out how to do it. I ended up using it on the last day of cycle so there wasn’t much to deal with but I’m sure when round two comes I’ll love it for sure! Glad I took this chance!
We ship ugly boxes
Our commitment to sustainability doesn't end when you press that checkout button.
We pack all of our orders in reused boxes and envelopes, with reused paper packaging, post-consumer recycled paper labels, and even paper tape.
You may not get an IG-worthy unboxing, but you will get the most sustainable packaging we can possibly find.
Oh and did we mention our shipping is always carbon negative?
Let's go to the real winner in my eyes. Honestly, I could have purchased this exact razor many other places, but the packaging A Drop in the Ocean uses to ship will have me coming back time and time gain.
My first purchase from them was some floss a while ago and it arrived in a reused tea box with a hand written note that was written on scrap paper. I was blown away.
I had never seen a company who claimed to be sustainable ACTUALLY prove to be sustainable through and through. The fact that every piece of the packaging was reused and minimal will have me come back over and over again. If I can purchase it here, I will purchase it here.
