Any worthy soap bar needs a throne, and these wooden soap dishes are here to serve. Handmade on the west coast with zero glue, staples, or nails, these beautiful, natural, soap dishes allow water to drain from your bars, extending their lives and saving you money.

The beechwood soap dishes are 100% natural beech wood, with no coatings of any kind.
The zebrawood soap dishes are 100% natural wood, oiled with a mixture of Tung & Orange oil to bring out the beautiful colors. "Zebrawood" refers to a variety of tree species across the globe, all resembling zebra stripes.
For longest life, keep two dishes on hand and swap them out every few weeks. This will allow the wood to completely dry and prolong the life of the wood.
Packaging + End of Life
These soap dishes are completely package free and should last many, many years to come, especially with proper care, but at the end of their life, they can be backyard composted.
The wood for these soap dishes is milled and cut in Oregon, and the dishes are finished and distributed in California.

Wooden soap dish
Cute, simple design that has my beautiful soaps lasting longer!
I bought a wood dish to better take care of my charcoal face wash bar, and so far I am loving it! Not only does it help my soaps dry quickly, it also looks beautiful in my bathroom.
Classy and sustainable
I was in need of a new soap dish and was pleasantly surprised when I came across these while shopping for soap and shampoo. I love their look and feel like they really class up my bathroom, giving it an elegant yet natural look.
I have 3 of these dishes now so my various soaps and they are fantastic!
We ship ugly boxes
Our commitment to sustainability doesn't end when you press that checkout button.
We pack all of our orders in reused boxes and envelopes, with reused paper packaging, post-consumer recycled paper labels, and even paper tape.
You may not get an IG-worthy unboxing, but you will get the most sustainable packaging we can possibly find.
Oh and did we mention our shipping is always carbon negative?
Let's go to the real winner in my eyes. Honestly, I could have purchased this exact razor many other places, but the packaging A Drop in the Ocean uses to ship will have me coming back time and time gain.
My first purchase from them was some floss a while ago and it arrived in a reused tea box with a hand written note that was written on scrap paper. I was blown away.
I had never seen a company who claimed to be sustainable ACTUALLY prove to be sustainable through and through. The fact that every piece of the packaging was reused and minimal will have me come back over and over again. If I can purchase it here, I will purchase it here.
